Godrej Properties 

Revenue in Q4FY11 increased 116.5%YoY and 580%QoQ to Rs 3,278 million which is higher by166% from its estimates. Revenue in this quarter was higher than its estimates primarily on account of revenue being recognized from all phases (I to III) of Ahmedabad Garden City project whereas it expected revenue only from Phase I and II. Revenue recognition also happened from Kolkata Prakriti, Godrej Frontier (Gurgaon) Project and also from the commercialproject in Kolkata. It has a `Buy` rating on the stock with NAV based target price of Rs 830

Declared excellent results for Q4FY11 revenue increased 20% whereas PAT rose 25% for the quarter on a consolidated EPS Rs 5.7 for the quarter. Accordingly for entire FY11 top line as well bottom-line was up 20%. Respectively reporting an EPS of Rs 21 on current equity of Rs 29cr and declared dividend 80% for FY11.
